Position Summary

The Graduate School of Public Administration at Korea University, Sejong invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position to begin in the spring semester of 2021 (March 02, 2021) at the level of assistant or associate professor.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of the field of public administration, including expertise in subfields related to our two departments: Public Administration and Public Policy.

Qualifications for Vacancy for Associate Professor

The incumbent should meet the given requirements to be eligible for the position

• Ph.D. in Public Administration, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field. ABD candidates will be considered but must have earned a Ph.D. by the start of the 2021 Spring Semester.
• Additionally, the capacity to teach in a variety of courses offered in a graduate public administration program.
• Similarly, strong research record and potential in the field, as evidenced by research publications in competitive international outlets (e.g., SSCI- or SCI-indexed journals) in the relevant areas of public administration/policy.
• Furthermore, English- and Korean-language proficiency is required.
