Duties

• Prepare and maintain documentation of test results.
• Additionally, plan, lead, and organize all activities related to laboratory function.
• Oversee financial management and has accountability for monitoring the operating budget.
• Additionally,  the incumbent will assist with the development of laboratory policies and procedures.
• Likewise, assist with the hiring of staff.
• Adjust the workload of staff to meet deadlines.
• Similarly, train new staff.
• Also, record and analyzes data.
• Furthermore, project personnel and equipment needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Four (4) years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Experience:

• Four (4) years of experience in a related field.
• Additionally, computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite.

For Senior Level Roles:

Minimum Education:

• Master’s degree in a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree is equivalent to a Master’s degree.

Minimum Experience:

• 4-10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Furthermore, computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite.
