Duties

• Be a forward scout, defining the design initiatives at the front end of product definition. You’ll inspire your fellow designers and product team members by working on the most challenging design problems, alongside your team

• Likewise, organize, direct, mentor and review the work of a highly skilled team of designers working with you, relentlessly pursuing better design and inspiring your team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a practicing designer
• Also, experience directly managing 5 or more designers
• Similarly, strong operational and project management skills. You look down the road and anticipate the challenges to come. You take action to help your extended team succeed.
• Also, deep ability in systems thinking and a keep ability to take complex scenarios and requirements and create brilliant and simple solutions.
