Job Title: Head Coach- Men’s Golf

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct existing competitive men’s golf program; overall management of the team with support from La Roche’s Athletics Department.
• Additionally, understand and ensure compliance with all NCAA, AMCC, University, and Department policies and regulations.
• Also, recruiting responsibilities to maintain and enhance the program in accordance with NCAA regulations.
• Likewise, coach student-athletes in all phases of the sport; includes practice time, rules and regulations, and standards for intercollegiate play.
• Also, monitor the academic progress of athletes; make recommendations as necessary.
• Furthermore, the incumbent will represent the University with integrity, ethical behavior, and professionalism.

Education/Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior golf competitive experience and prior coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred
• Also, the ability to travel and work a varied schedule, including weekend hours
• Also, a valid and current driver’s license
