The University of the Incarnate Word is seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Professional Practice Education (DPPE) at the School of Physical Therapy.

- Assist the DPPE in organizing and managing all clinical affiliation agreements, associated documents, and all compliance-related documents;

- affiliated physical therapy clinics through verbal, written, and electronic means;
- Additionally, students in assisting them in completing compliance and site matching related documents;

- In conjunction with the DPPE, assist with matching students to sites, compile yearly requests, communicate with sites related to confirmation matching;

- Manage all aspects of student compliance in regards to immunizations as well as CPR and assisting students with specific site requirements;

- Schedule DPPE for all student site visits or calls during all student experiences per year and communicate appropriately.

Required Education
- Associates degree or two (2) years of higher education completed;
- Similarly, superlative experience in an administrative assistant or similar role with a high school diploma or its equivalent may be considered in lieu of completed higher education
Required Work Experience
- Two (2) years of administrative support or related experience;
- Also, demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office programs;
- Additionally, applied experience in database management
