- Hire, train and supervise the Resettlement Caseworker based in Midland/Odessa, providing clear guidance on service strategies adapted for the Permian Basin

- Manage budget for economic empowerment programs, including monthly Refugee Cash Assistance Reconciliation
- Additionally, develop grant proposals to strengthen economic empowerment programming
- Develop key strategic partnerships with local stakeholders
- Liaise with Community Roots partners, ensuring clients are connected to services
- Also, monitor case files and ensures compliance with reporting requirements for all grants
Qualifications for Vacancy for Empowerment Supervisor
- Undergraduate degree required
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience in the human services field, preferably in a resettlement context
- At least 2 years’ experience in management/supervision strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success working and communicating effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Proven ability to contribute both independently and as a key team member
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills combined with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively
