Responsibilities:

• Manage applications in Rexx (HR software)
• Also, schedule and coordinate interviews
• Assist in creating job postings
• Likewise, provide candidates and the hiring managers with timely feedback throughout the entire recruitment process
• Support the travel reimbursement process for applicants
• Similarly, general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or related field
• Similarly, strong interest and preferably some exposure to working in HR
• Ability to work in a structured, reliable, and accurate way
• Proactive and solution-driven work style
• Also, excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Very good knowledge of relevant MS Office applications
