Paper Submission Guideline

The first page should include the paper’s title, the abstract, a list of keywords indicating the paper’s topic area(s), the authors’ full names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses.

Authors are required to submit fully formatted papers (word & PDF), with graphs, images, and other special areas arranged as intended for the final publication. In addition, papers should be in English conforming to the IEEE standard conference format (8.5″ x 11″ – US letter, Two-Column).

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper has to register at the regular rate (non-student). Each registration will cover one accepted paper. Furthermore, the limitation of each paper is 6 pages normally and additional pages will have a charge of $20 each.

You can submit your paper from either Electronic Submission System or the Email Submission.

Additional Information

You will get a letter of Invitation via email as proof of acceptance of your paper submission and registration application by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.

You will get invitation letters once you complete your registration and payment.
