Submission

Journal Publication

All submitted conference papers will blind peer-reviewed by three competent reviewers. Additionally, the post-conference proceedings will publish in the International Science Index and submit to index in the Thomson Reuters, CiteSeerX, Google Books and Google Scholar, EBSCO, SCOPUS, ERA, and ProQuest. Likewise, the conference proceedings book and certificate of presentation will distribute to the conference participants at the conference registration desk.
