Since the moment the World Health Organization declared the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic, there is a need to reconsider and revisit the existing theories of Knowledge Management in light of the different 4.0 enabling technologies occurring within companies that enable to tackle disruptions and achieve organizational resilience.
