An Academicsera has chosen Kuala Lumpur, a capital city of Malaysia for the 578th International Conference on Human Rights. It is going to held on the 1st and 2nd of December 2019. An organizing committee Acdemicsera organizes academic conferences every month to encourage regional and international communication and collaboration; promote professional interaction and lifelong learning; recognize outstanding contributions of individuals and organizations; encourage scholar-researchers to pursue studies and careers in circuit branches and its applications.

The main motive of the conference is to bring academic innovation and global experts together in a common interactive forum to share, present, and exchange ideas and innovations. In addition to that, it works to foster the communication and relationship between researchers, practitioners, and industrial experts. A broad range of topics about advances, researches, contexts, and issues related to Human Rights will be mooted in the conference. All the registered papers will be published by the World Research Library and will be submitted for review for indexing by Google Scholar etc. Best paper awards will be given for the papers judged to make the most significant contribution to the conference.

The papers will be published in the hardcopy of Proceedings as well as conference CD with ISBN number and the same will be provided at the time of the conference. Later, the Proceedings of the conferences will be submitted to ISI Thomson/SCOPUS for review and possible indexing. In addition, the proceedings will be indexed at Google and Google Scholar google.com and all major search engines.
