Minimum Qualifications

The candidates must meet the following requirements

• An earned doctorate in educational measurement, educational statistics or a related field (e.g. quantitative psychology).
• Evidence of methodological expertise in advanced educational measurement.
• Additionally, demonstrated general knowledge and interest in teaching educational measurement and assessment.
• Likewise, demonstrated investment in and commitment to mentoring and advising master’s and doctoral students.
• Also, record of research productivity commensurate with the position level.
• Demonstrated ability to develop working research collaborations across disciplinary boundaries.
• Also, evidence of generating external funding in support of research activities, as appropriate for faculty rank.
• Evidence of engagement in professional organizations associated with the field (e.g. NCME, APA, AERA).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in student assessment and testing in the K-12 environment.
• Also, demonstrated ability in developing successful school and community partnerships.
• Additionally, experiences working in linguistically and culturally diverse settings.

Strong candidates will have an active research program in an area such as: longitudinal or multilevel structural equation modeling (SEM), mixture models, latent space models, and/or SEM Bayesian analysis methods. Additionally, we anticipate that candidates will be familiar with ideas embodied in critical quantitative methodology, as well as possess applied analytic experience in one or more education content areas.
