Job Title: Clinical Business Services Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing reports and analyses for varied and complex budgetary, financial and resource projects.
- Additionally, the incumbent will generate timely reporting on all Schwab Center activities for reports to UC Berkeley and UCSF Departments and to the Schwab Foundation.
- Also, he/she will work with Psychology Clinic, UCSF Health, and the Schwab Center to generate, recoup, and account for Schwab Center revenue, related to assessments and treatments performed at the Psychology Clinic as part of its linkage with the Schwab Center.
- Work with UCSF and UCB personnel to reconcile and process inter-campus gift-fund transfers and disbursement for the growing trainee and staff/faculty workforce of the Schwab Center.
- Likewise, prepare purchasing, recharge, travel, and training/conference materials for Schwab Center Activities.
- Also, he/she reviews and approves financial data and transactions.
Required Qualifications for Business Services Manager Vacancy
