The McCoy College of Business Administration. at Texas State University is seeking a new leader to lead the Department of Marketing. Moreover, the incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of the university, college, and department policies and for the development, coordination, and administration of all academic programs and activities within the Department of Marketing.
In addition to that, the position holder will also have the responsibility of preparing and managing budgets. Furthermore, the chair is responsible for teaching schedules, recruitment of new faculty, evaluation of faculty and staff performance, support for grant and external development opportunities, formulation and implementation of strategic plans and policies, as well as interactions with students.
