Job Description:

The position is responsible for evaluating transfer coursework and test scores, processing course substitutions, and working with Academic Advisors to evaluate unofficial transcripts.

1. evaluate transfer coursework from domestic, international, and military transcripts and articulated agreements for HCC equivalencies per transfer institution accreditation,
2. Additionally, provide preliminary transcript evaluations and respond to other transcript evaluation inquiries from academic advisors/other campus personnel when requested, and
3. Also, develop a library of materials to support continuous training as it relates to transfer evaluation.

Qualifications for Vacancy for Academic Records Associate

The position requires at least a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of prior related work experience.

About the University

Hillsborough Community College (HCC) is a two-year community college in Hillsborough County, Florida. Additionally, HCC was one of the last community colleges to be created in Florida, founded in 1968. Only Pasco–Hernando State College, out of the 28-school Florida community college system, was founded later.
