Duties
The incumbent will do the following duties as an Admin Cord
- Plan, administer, and facilitate the search process for hematopoietic progenitor cells from a variety of donor sources and ensure both patient and donor confidentiality.
- Additionally, the candidate will coordinate unrelated donor search activities with NMDP search coordinators for domestic and international network centers.
- Also, he /she will ensure urgent requests are appropriately made, review a recipients typing information, develop search strategies with the HLA lab, search reports for new activity, review infectious disease reports from potential donors and donor typing results
- Furthermore, the incumbent will maintain patients’ charts with search activity, provide status updates of all search to the clinical team, maintain documented communication with registries.
Qualifications

- Two years of the college experience.
- Also, the candidate should be proficient in the Microsoft suite.
- The University prefers the knowledge of some database knowledge.
- Experience with Epic/MiChart preferred.
