Duties
The incumbent will do the following duties
- Coordinates and distributes the weekly enrollment report (to include writing code and pulling from the database) and ensures that data are accurate before distributing
- Additionally, the candidate will coordinate and responds to data request dealing with student enrollment, graduates and/or applications
- Also, he/she coordinates and collaborates with customers on the development and execution of survey data (creating, analyzing, report writing) in IE&R
- Furthermore, the candidate coordinates the Perkins Grant and reporting for the SC Technical College System by collaborating with Deans and VP of Academic and Student Affairs and VP of Advancement.
- Utilize Excel, database software, and other tools to assist in the production and analysis and reports relating to the assessment and related work product of the Institutional Effectiveness and Research department
- Similarly, he/she serves as a liaison between research staff and other college faculty and staff to ensure that required deadlines relating to the involvement of the department
- Performs departmental support duties including logistics, budget, and procurement
- Likewise, the candidate provides clerical support to the director and department. Identifies, prioritizes, and completes administrative tasks by designated deadlines and ensures all tasks are completed in accordance with college policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or High School diploma and (2) two years of related experience required. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is desirable.
- Additionally, the candidate must have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Also, the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven team environment.
- Also, the incumbent must have the ability to draft. Likewise, the ability to edit all types of documents and create charts, graphs, and other formatted forms and documents.
