  • The Associate Director of Admissions assists in the development and implementation of external Recruitment Activities, Public Relations, Marketing and Communications, as related to Admissions, coordinates with College Departments to involve them in these activities and implements College policies and guidelines as they relate to Admissions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates, develop and implements student recruitment activities on and off-campus, with the Director of Admissions. Student Recruitment Activities include, but are not limited to, on-campuses events.
  • Additionally, Evaluates International Applications for admission to the College assuring minimum Admissions Requirements are met.
  • Also, Oversees the Admissions Welcome Center operations including assisting students through the enrollment process.
  • Similarly, Works closely with the Student Success Center model to create a holistic, integrated enrollment process. Uses the diagnostic page when servicing students.
  • Also, Works closely with the Solution Center by providing Admissions reports to produce enrollment yields (Inquiry to Apply to Accept yields).
  • Likewise, Prepares and implements all on-campus and off-campus Admissions events.
  • Additionally, Meets with prospective students concerning admission to the College with specific needs.
  • Also, Monitors the annual operating budget for on-campus Admissions events.

Qualifications

  • They should have a Master’s Degree.
  • Also, they should have five years of experience working within a College Admissions Office.
  • Also, experience supervising other staff members.
  • Additionally, the candidates need working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, Outlook, other technology software.
  • Also, they should have experience with an integrated student information system.
  • Furthermore, the applicants need excellent interpersonal skills and public speaking experience.
