Duties

• Recruiting and scheduling research participants by phone.

• Participate in frequent discussions of relevant literature, and conduct literature reviews relevant to the work being conducted.
• Also, the incumbent will contribute to the writing and preparation of manuscripts for publication.
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of presentations for international conferences.
• Furthermore, preparing figures and text for presentation at research conferences and for manuscripts to be submitted for publication.

Qualifications

Minimum

• A college degree in the arts or sciences or a health-related field.
• Also, prior experience conducting psychological research with adults, children, and adolescents.
• Likewise, excellent interpersonal skills and good writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Furthermore, proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Calendar, Google Voicemail).

Desired:

• Experience with online survey software such as Qualtrics.
• Additionally, exposure to some analytical software including SPSS.
• Exposure to some software to analyze neuroimaging data such as FSL.
• Also, experience with the UC Davis Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved protocols.
