Responsibilities
The incumbent does the following duties
- Designs complex courseware and determine the structure and delivery methods to be used. Design courseware for traditional and distance learning.

- Also, designs develop and deliver training and user assistance for other department initiatives as needed

- Similarly, Works closely with Application Support Analysts to assess the effectiveness of current training modules and to identify required improvements. Identifies new training needs

Qualifications
