  • Integrative Systems + Design (ISD) is an innovative academic unit in the College of Engineering that is dedicated to educating leaders who can create lasting value in the workplace and society.
  • Additionally, as a key member of the ISD academic programs team, this position serves as a primary staff liaison for ISD students.
  • Also, it provides a broad range of administrative and programmatic assistance across ISD’s on-campus and online educational portfolio.
  • Furthermore, the Coordinator is responsible for administering all aspects of ISD’s academic programs and curriculum.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will do the following duties

  • He/she support all student recruitment and admissions activities.
  • Also. respond to student inquiries in a timely and informative manner.
  • Coordinate student visits and logistics, including tours and visits with faculty and ISD students.
  • Additionally, engage in follow-up advising regarding program requirements and the application process.
  • Process applications for faculty review, coordinate decision letters, process admissions, admissions communications, etc.
  • Similarly, maintain tracking mechanisms for program inquiries, applications, and admissions.
  • Likewise, he/she should also assist with the development and distribution of recruiting materials, e-blasts, bulletins, etc.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Communications, Psychology or a similar social science or related field.
