- Furthermore, respond to all inquiries requesting additional information within 24 hours and maintain communication with students through the application.
- Must have adequate knowledge of all the programs and courses offered by all TCS Education System affiliated colleges.
- He/she should meet key KPIs set by Senior Director of Student Engagement to by maintaining targeted conversion metrics.
- Also, the candidate should maintain communication with the other departments like Admissions, Administration, Academics and Financial Aid.
- Similarly, he/she will support in fielding general inbound calls and emails requesting information across all TCS Education System affiliate colleges and connect them with appropriate college admissions department as identified.
- Also, the Student Engagement Counselor may participate in campus-based events, handle activities of student life, establish professional relationships with students and other employees and so on.
Qualifications
