The Global Human Resources (HR) Lead will provide the overall operational and strategic leadership of the Human Resources function. This role is a key leadership role in the senior management tier, requiring an autonomous and experienced HR Specialist to develop a world-class HR function.

Duties
The successful applicant will
- Develop and implement a clear strategic direction for the HR function, based on best current practices.
- Likewise, manage the global HR function ensuring the end to end employment cycle is delivered to a high standard.
- Also, develop, implement and maintain a world class performance management process that fosters a culture of transparency, accountability and growth. Ensure the appraisal process aligns with strategic objectives and is completed regularly and to a high standard.
- Additionally, manage the reward team to ensure the delivery of timely reward to staff. Provide reward strategies for all staff and consultants, including salaries, bonus and non-monetary benefits. Be the lead advisor on the annual salary review process.
- Review and optimize HR policies and processes, (including the staff manual) to ensure they are fit for purpose and in line with current best practices.
- Likewise, ensure all recruitment process is professional, transparent and timely; ensuring the right candidate receives the right role across the organization.
- Additionally, manage employee relation issues as they arise.
Requirements
This job is open for Malaysian citizens who have the below skills and qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field, with an accredited professional qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
- Also, a minimum 10 years’ of progressive experience.
- Also, at least 3 years working in a similar senior HR leadership role and delivering at a high standard.
- Likewise, excellent written and verbal communication (minimum – professional English).
- Has experience leading HR teams across multiple countries.
- Successful track record of managing and implementing strategic change.
- Also, strong negotiation/influencing skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of international labor law, global recruitment and remuneration strategies, and contract management.
