Your tasks
- Support in the technical advice of the Ministry of Finance and other national institutions
- Also, the organization of training courses on priority topics of the Ministry of Finance and other national institutions
- Similarly, support in advising change and dialogue processes
- Additionally, management of international and national short-term advisors
- Also, writing contributions and creating presentations and concepts
- Supporting the project management in coordinating with donors in the area as well as in planning and reporting
- Furthermore, development and maintenance of the monitoring and evaluation system as well as supervision of the impact measurement
Your profile for Junior Financial Advisor Vacancy
- Completed university degree in economics or a comparable degree
- Also, initial work experience in public finance is an advantage
- Practical consulting experience in a partner country of development cooperation abroad; GIZ project experience is an advantage
- Additionally, diplomatic skills in dealing with partners at the national level
- Furthermore, first experiences in the conception and support of change processes
- Ability to think conceptually and to formulate concepts as well as specialist and political papers
- Social and intercultural competence, frustration tolerance and interest in working in a politically demanding environment
- Also, proficient in German and English
