Your tasks

• Support in the technical advice of the Ministry of Finance and other national institutions
• Also, the organization of training courses on priority topics of the Ministry of Finance and other national institutions
• Similarly, support in advising change and dialogue processes
• Additionally, management of international and national short-term advisors
• Also, writing contributions and creating presentations and concepts
• Supporting the project management in coordinating with donors in the area as well as in planning and reporting
• Furthermore, development and maintenance of the monitoring and evaluation system as well as supervision of the impact measurement

Your profile for Junior Financial Advisor Vacancy 

• Completed university degree in economics or a comparable degree
• Also, initial work experience in public finance is an advantage
• Practical consulting experience in a partner country of development cooperation abroad; GIZ project experience is an advantage
• Additionally, diplomatic skills in dealing with partners at the national level
• Furthermore, first experiences in the conception and support of change processes
• Ability to think conceptually and to formulate concepts as well as specialist and political papers
• Social and intercultural competence, frustration tolerance and interest in working in a politically demanding environment
• Also, proficient in German and English
