About position

The Machester United Foundation is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and caliber Operations Manager. In general, the position holder will be responsible to ensure the operational aspect of the business runs smoothly and effectively and implement policies and procedures relevant to organizational objectives. Furthermore, the Operations Director will also need to act as the deputy to the CEO of the Foundation if necessary.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all operational core elements across Foundation Delivery departments.
• Assist the Chief Executive in maintaining existing, and building new, partnerships for the furtherance of the Foundation’s objectives. Also, manage, mentor and support staff within the Foundation,
• Ensure that the strategy and objectives of the Foundation are implemented and executed. Similarly, provide support to Foundation CEO on all areas of Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
• Lead on Health & Safety compliance including liaison with Club and statutory bodies to ensure we meet all required standards.
• Furthermore, oversee all Foundation projects and programs across all departments including School Partnerships, Community Engagement, Female Development, as well as other associated programs, ensuring all aspects of the programs are running efficiently, are cost effective and are meeting the needs of the Community and our Partners.
