Regional Sales Manager post is vacant at the Essity, Health and Medical Solutions (BSN) team. Major Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial sales support in field to Territory Business Managers
  • Also, to provide commercialization training, sales training and sales performance reviews
  • Moreover, provide sales training and conduct regular sales meetings with Medical Distributor Channel
  • Further more to engage in commercial sales and closing of new business opportunities.
  • Also, to conduct commercial and sales training for TBMs.
  • Moreovr,to market Intelligence to corporate office.
  • Manage, lead, direct, coach and train direct report within the region
  • Perform TBM performance reviews.
  • Identify and maintain key customer contacts
  • Perform special field projects.
  • Build working relationship with key Medical Distributors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four year business degree from an accredited college or university preferred with 5 years of successful front line management experience in the medical field

OR,

  • In-house candidates must have a four year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Also, 10 years related successful sales experience including a minimum of 5 years with BSN (preferred)

Other Requirements

  • approximately 60% travel away from home during the workweek.
  • Also, applicant should be proficient in PC applications skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Moreover a valid driver’s license with clean driving record is a must.
