Senior Advisor position is available at Integrity.

It transforms conflict and builds stability, accountability and prosperity. Working with the Learning Lead Advisor and as part of the Learning Knowledge & Communications Team, the senior advisor will be a key link into its evaluator team.

Key Responsibilities

  • offering regular learning ‘touchpoints’, training and reflection opportunities with stakeholders, in line with E&L strategic priorities and annual evaluation and learning cycle
  • developing and regularly updating a suite of learning touchpoint and other learningrelated reference materials (in a range of formats including text, film) for evaluators and PF programme teams from across the UK government
  • offering ‘helpdesk’-style support to evaluation teams including visioning and troubleshooting
  • encouraging evaluator presence and interaction with programme teams via our online learning platform – PF Learning
  • working with evaluators to identify and co-develop new ideas to embed and enhance our learning work
  • working with the Learning Lead Advisor to clearly and simply define, embed and manifest Strategy and approach in all E&L outputs
  • co-ordinating with key colleagues working across evaluations, to develop a common pproach to delivering ‘learningful’ evaluation outputs
  • offering expert learning co-design and (if needed) co-facilitation support for learning pportunities and evaluation visits
  • offering input and commentary to evaluator papers, in support of our learning approach nd the E&L technical QA process
  • offering insights and ideas, based on feedback from evaluation users, to improve the sefulness of E&L publications for learning

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10-15+ years’ experience (with 5 years in senior roles) in organizational learning, monitoring and evaluation, adaptive management, or another field relevant to the role. The ideal candidate will have experience of organisational learning in an international development and/or HMG context.
  • Curiosity and drive to understand the diverse learning needs and opportunities of different stakeholders, and the ability to develop an organisational learning programme for a geographically dispersed stakeholder community.
  • Substantial experience of participatory workshop process design, facilitation and management.
  • Sound political nous, judgment, diplomacy and the confidence to engage with senior level stakeholders in UK and HMG country offices.
  • Management of workplans and client interactions.
  • A passion for communicating well, including the use of digital platforms to support learning
  • Proactive approach to work delivery
