• Results for Development (R4D) is seeking a highly adaptable, engaging and customer service-oriented ITAssociate Desktop Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization and provide day-to-day IT desktop support to R4D’s 160+ on-site, telecommuters, and internationally based employees.
• Additionally, in coordination with R4D’s IT leadership, the IT Associate Desktop Support Analyst will provide direct support for Windows and Mac OS laptops in an O365/SharePoint environment.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will do the following duties

• As directed, perform analysis and diagnosis, resolve hardware and software problems for end-users, recommend & implement corrective solutions including off-site repairs for domestic and remote international staff
• Also, assist with configuration, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and supporting computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, VOIP telephones, Wireless Access Points, switches, routers, modems, and other computer peripherals and devices
• Additionally, prioritize, schedule and update support incidents and requests, escalate to the IT Sr. Desktop Support Analyst and/or the Operations Director IT Operations Director, and/or the appropriate support vendor as required
• Support for Windows and Mac OS endpoints, ensuring endpoints are up-to-date and compliant with IT standard configurations and procedures
• Also, assist the IT Sr. Desktop Support Analyst with support for Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive, Skype for Business, Teams, etc.), and other programs operating on Mac and Windows systems
• Similarly, assist the IT Sr. Desktop Support Analyst with audio and video conference meeting support using Polycom, Crestron, Logitech and Bluejeans conferencing equipment and services
• Moreover, the incumbent should support End-user training on various services and systems and participate in assigned IT projects
• Technical assistance and support on network, hardware and software related issues
• Furthermore, the candidate should assist the IT Sr. Desktop Support Analyst with onboarding for new staff, add users to O365, Azure and Active Directory, and support 3rd party application administration.

Qualifications

The incumbent should meet the following criteria for Vacancy for Associate Analyst in the USA

• 1+ years of work experience in a desktop support role or similar position in an organization with an international presence
• 1+ years of experience and/or interest in non-profit organizations
• Additionally,  major, current studies or certifications in Information Technology and/or the Computer Sciences
• Likewise, office experience desired, preferably in a non-profit setting on a team-oriented project.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Similarly, strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
