Duties
- Assist in the organization and administration of Learning and Development programmes,
workshops, online training, learning and development events, presentations, online and
offline meetings. - Also, the incumbent will maintain and administer the HR Learning and Performance Platform, follow new
releases and deploy updates. Provide technical and business process support. - Also, assist in the development and revision of Staff Development and Learning, Performance
and Career Management policies, strategies and plans by providing inputs and editorial
comments, researching subject areas and making recommendations for improvements. - Likewise, maintains an automated database containing learning and development related statistics
and prepares periodic reports. - Similarly, ensure HR documentation is developed, maintained, and updated in coordination with
the relevant HR units. Create user guides, manuals, and tutorials, posters, flyers. - Additionally, assist in the preparation and administration of surveys.
- Also, with the recruitment of consultants and vendors and process payments
- Similarly, assist with monitoring the status of the training budgets in collaboration with the Finance the management team and liaise with other divisions/units, as required.
- Also, maintain training support materials.
- Furthermore, provides general office support services; drafts and/or processes a variety of
correspondence and other internal and external communications. - Similarly, sets up and maintains reference files/records (electronic and paper)
Eligibility Criteria
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in human resources
management, administrative services or related area.
Experience in training, career development and performance management highly
desirable. Likewise, experience in learning management systems desirable. Furthermore, the experience of ERP
systems desirable.
Languages: Advanced English required. Knowledge of French desirable
Annual Salary (net of tax)
75,234CHF at a single rate, with annual increments subject to performance.
