Duties

• Manage client acquisition, investor due diligence, and the KYC process as well as the closing of transactions
• Additionally, in cooperation with the other team members, lead the organization of investor events (i.e. investor visits or client events)
• Also, drive process improvement on a continual basis and the development of relevant documentation
• Furthermore, the drafting and compiling of After Sales documents for investors (e.g. Noteholder reports)
• Also, research on the impact investor space and management of lead generation
• Relationship management (assuming overall responsibility for selected investors)
• Likewise, contribute to the design and continuous update of marketing materials
• Furthermore, coaching & development of the team.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Similarly, sufficient, relevant professional experience with a substantial background in asset/wealth management; Preferably with development finance experience (sustainable/impact investing)
• Likewise, client servicing mentality coupled with an open and engaging communication style and great interpersonal skills; previous focus on the U.S., UK and/or Nordic markets desired
• Also, strong sales acumen with the ability to integrate regulatory requirements into IR processes
• Furthermore, excellent organizational skills, proven team-orientation, high level of self-motivation, results-driven approach, and tenacity with a ‘hands-on’ mentality.
