Médecins Sans Frontières Belgique (MSF) is seeking applicants for the position of Deputy Program Manager for the Quality of Care Project. Duties
The incumbent does the following duties as a Deputy Program Manager
- Facilitates dynamics and other meetings, organizing and moderating when necessary.
- Additionally, Guides and coaches the working groups to self-organize to deliver results while challenging established practices to strive for continuous improvement.
- Also, Identifies and removes impediments and blockers to keep the working groups focused and on track in their endeavors.
- Furthermore, Ensures cross-team collaboration, including learnings and knowledge sharing between the different working groups and third parties.
- Also, Guides and supports the working groups for working transversally across all needed departments in OCB, including other ongoing initiatives related to the quality of care, for creating synergies.
- Likewise, Assists the team in solving or overcoming impediments and adapting to new circumstances, issues and dependencies between teams or third parties in order to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the project.
Qualifications

- Clinical experience is mandatory.
- Additionally, Minimum 2 years’ MSF experience (including field experience).
- Also, Ability to manage projects with a wide variety of disciplines and profiles within an international environment, and to facilitate dialogue and decision-making among all concerned parties.
- Furthermore, Flexibility to adapt to the changing necessities of the project.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze data to recommend improvements to work processes and draft implementation plans for adopting changes
- Additionally, the ability to generate metrics and write reports, for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Also, Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Agile & Lean methodologies and Objectives & Key Results (OKR) frameworks is a bonus.
