• The Program Manager will work on a new Lab, which is focused on supporting initiatives that combat widespread, harmful and inaccurate assumptions about poverty, deservingness, income, and wealth gaps.

• Create and maintain detailed timelines/work plans for all project deliverables and key milestones; hold delivery teams accountable to project plans.
• Also, he/she will work with operational teams at Purpose to ensure the Lab is supported by and capitalizing on the resources and expertise in-house.
• Furthermore, track project budget finances and staff hours consistently and accurately based on the time management system within project budget tracker spreadsheets.
• Likewise, identify stakeholders and attendees for crucial recurring and ad-hoc discussions; capture key decisions and escalate communications between Client and Purpose teams to align on expectations, roles, goals, and solutions for roadblocks.

Qualifications
