Duties
- Supporting the Programme Managers in the development of programmatic and project activities for the strategic planning of the Office’s activities in accordance to the OSCE mandate;
- Additionally, providing support to the Office of Head of Mission and Programme Managers on all aspects of project management and co-ordination of its projects: design; implementation; monitoring and evaluation and reporting;
- Also, co-ordinating regular reports on project activities and providing guidance in budget planning;
- Likewise, advising and supporting the programmatic staff on project-related issues (design, performance, evaluation and reporting) on a daily basis and throughout the entire project cycle;
- Similarly, supporting and advising Programme Managers on the drafting of multi-year strategic planning documents for each project;
- Also, reviewing relevant administrative documents, including ToRs and contracts with implementing partners, prior to submission for administrative approval by the Chief of Finance and Administration
Necessary Qualifications
- University Diploma in Social Sciences, supplemented by certified courses in Project Management and or/Public Administration
- Additionally, at least two years of relevant professional experience in program and project management, planning, monitoring, evaluation and coordination preferably in an international environment;
- Also, computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications;
- Likewise, excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Russian and Tajik languages;
- Similarly, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as computer literacy and good communication and drafting skills;
- Ability to work with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds;
- Also, demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
- Likewise, holding a valid driving license.
