Duties

The incumbent will do the following duties

• Responsible for strategic planning including set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, and ensure that program staff are working toward common goals and intended outcomes and results.

• Substantial, relevant professional experience of leading large, complex, multi-million projects or programmes.
• Also, demonstrated project management skills with direct experience of systems, process and tools development; strong contract and financial management.
• Additionally, self-starter, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with minimum supervision.
• Expertise in procuring and contracting; including due diligence and supply chain management.
