In line with our current strategy, NRC is looking to complement its program design and proposal writing capacities. Strengthened capacity in these areas will contribute to efforts to further diversify the organization’s funding base, enabling NRC to tap further into new funding streams to finance projects for durable solutions to displaced populations and scale-up our programs in Hard to Reach (H2R) areas.

Qualifications

Demonstrating successful writing of large proposals (preferably over USD 1 million per year) for institutional donors is essential:

• Ability and willingness to deploy to insecure field locations on short notice:
• Additionally, proficiency in English or French, or German, or Spanish languages (reading, speaking and writing);
• Also, experience in establishing consortia, or negotiating implementing partnerships will be considered an advantage;
• Also, the ability to represent NRC at a strategic and operational level towards donors and implementing partners
• Consultants must have, or work for, a limited liability company and/or submit a signed consultant’s declaration

Personal qualities
