The UCLA Mathematics Department is offering fully funded Scholarships to the US as well as International Students pursuing Undergraduate degree with major Math. UCLA provides these scholarships to freshmen joining the Department of Mathematics. UCLA provides highly ranked graduate program, and a large and diverse body of undergraduate majors. Further, the UCLA Department of Mathematics is by far the youngest of the top mathematics departments in the US. The Department has succeeded in creating a unique synergy among its faculty across its research groups. The integration of research interests and the opportunity to train under diverse faculty is a huge draw.
The the successful undergraduate scholars of UCLA Mathematics Scholarships will receive a full waiver in their tuition fee. Further, the scholarship will also cover room and board expenses too. UCLA Mathematics Department provides opportunity for students to renew the scholarship if they meet the renewable criteria.
The award is renewable for four years, subject to the following requirements:
Scholarship recipients follow a specialized advanced program of studies, including individual study with UCLA Mathematics professors.
To apply for the fully funded Undergraduate Mathematics Scholarships, first, applicant will require to submit the official UCLA admissions application. After gaining a place in the Mathematics Program, applicants may apply for the scholarships.
Secondly, applicants will also require to fill out the Merit Scholarship application form online prior to the deadline.
The Department of Mathematics at UCLA accepts the fully funded Undergraduate Scholarships application until November 30 , 2019. Applications arriving after the deadline are not eligible for the scholarships consideration.
