Applications call for Beartooth Anthony’s Halloween Campfire Story Contest.

In honor of Halloween and Fall Camping Season, Beartooth Anthony is holding our third annual Halloween campfire short story contest. Up for grabs is a Snow Peak GigaPower 2.0 Stove, which will be awarded to the author of the most bone-chilling short story. Stories will be submitted for review by a panel of judges, most of whom are teachers and outdoor enthusiasts. Finalists will be chosen, and posted along with the winning story.

Submission Guidelines

• The story should be appropriate for all ages, with no foul language or sexual content.
• Inappropriate stories will not be accepted.
• Winner will be decided based on the judge’s votes.
• The submission deadline is October 23rd and the winning story will be posted by October 31st, 2020.
• The prize will be awarded before the end of November.

The Prize

• The winning story will be published on the Beartooth Anthony website. Our website aims to provide information that helps people better enjoy the outdoors.
• The winner will receive a Snow Peak GigaPower 2.0 Stove. This stove is collapsible, has a built-in igniter, and weighs just over 3 oz. It works as well as a backpacking stove, as it does to heat coffee on a day hike.
