Video Submission

Your film can take any form you like: animation, talking head, documentary, dramatic reconstruction, whatever. It’s worth keeping in mind that video is a dynamic visual medium using diagrams, simulations, physical demonstrations, etc. is a lot more effective than standing in front of a blackboard talking.

Eligibility

• individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 may participate.
• If You are a minor, You must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter,
• You cannot reside in nor be governed by countries that are prohibited by law, regulation, treaty or administrative act from entering into trade relations with the United States of America or its citizens.
• In addition, previous winners of the Competition or similar competitions sponsored by the Competition Sponsor are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
• Entries are limited to individuals only
• Moreover, any donor, director, officer, employee, contractor to or of Competition Sponsor, members of the Evaluation Panel, members of the Selection Committee, members of Special Space Exploration Panel, and any of the foregoing’s family members or those living in the same household are prohibited from entering the Competition.

Submission Eligibility

Entries that are submitted in connection with the Competition will only be eligible if such Entries

1. are in English, including all scripts as well as voiceovers
2. do not contain content that is unlawful, hateful, or obscene, in the Competition Sponsor’s sole discretion, and
3. do not include any other identifiable individual other than the individual participant unless you have prior express consent from such individual or such images are in the public domain.
