Applications call for Budapest International Foto Awards 2020

Budapest International Foto Awards is an inspirational community that recognizes the power and influence of photography in shaping how we see the world.  The program nurtures creative expression and support photographers who have important stories to share through their images.

Aim

Its mission is to promote the work of professional and emerging international photographers to the fast-growing artistic community of Budapest, putting them in the spotlight and providing them with a great platform to showcase their work. BIFA encourage all photographers to participate–professional, amateur, and student–to share your unique talent and vision with the world, and win prizes, awards, and recognition.

Prizes

• BIFA Photographer of the Year (Selected from First Place Category Winners, Pro) will receive $3,000 cash prize and BIFA trophy.
• BIFA New Talent of the Year (Selected from First Place Category Winners, Non-Pro) will receive $2,000 cash prize and BIFA trophy.
• First Place Category Winners–Pro and Non-Pro will get Advertising, Architecture, Book, Editorial, Events, Fine Art, Nature, People, Portfolio, Science.
• Other prizes include $200 cash prize, Paypal or Amazon gift card.

Additional Benefits

First Place Main Category Winners Pro and Non-Pro will enjoy extensive publicity throughout the year in addition to the following benefits:

Eligibilities

The Budapest International Photo Awards competition is open to anyone aged 18+ residing anywhere in the world. The BIFA will judge professional entries against other professionals; amateur and student entries against other amateur and student entries.
