InnocaS.E Case Study Competition 2025
The InnocaS.E Case Study Competition is an amazing opportunity for students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and creative mindset. Through multiple case studies to choose from, the team of EDGE and SSU present you with the platform to not only gain confidence in pitching ideas but also motivate you to use those innovative skills and pursue your vision of becoming an aspiring entrepreneur. In this competition you will be head-to-head with other inspiring changemakers to win exciting prizes.
By participating in InnocaS.E 2.0, students will:
- Collaborate in teams (of up to 3) or individually to design innovative solutions.
- Demonstrating effective teamwork to address real-world problems and societal challenges.
- Analyze real-world issues using critical thinking skills
- Propose practical solutions to real-world problems.
- Generate new ideas by applying creative thinking and entrepreneurial abilities that contribute to community impact and societal change.
- Sharpen their communication skills by effectively presenting and articulating their solutions to judges, peers, and potential employers.
- Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and self-direct their learning by independently researching, brainstorming, and developing their solutions throughout the competition.
Prizes of InnocaS.E Case
- First Place: $800
- Runner-Up: $550
- Special Category Awards: $350

Eligibility for InnocaS.E Case
- Open to current Sheridan College students;
- Must be ready to tackle real-world challenges and make a difference.

Application
This is a hybrid competition running over 7 days. Following is the competition’s agenda:
- Day 1: 21st February – Virtual launching event from 10:00am to 12:00 pm
- Day 3: 23rd February – By 5 pm you need to submit your idea presentations and scripts
- Day 5: 25th February – Students would be notified if they were selected to present
- Day 7: 27th February – In-person student presentations & judging day from 10 am to 3:00 pm at the Den, Davis Campus
