Applications have opened for the Levallois Prize for Photographers 2020. Interested candidates can apply for the competition until 2nd May 2020.
The competition is organized by the City of Levallois, France.
The City of Levallois organizes each year a photographic prize intended to support young international creation, as well as to discover and promote new talents.
Additionally, the Prix Levallois is open to young photographers born after January 1st, 1985, without the condition of nationality.
Furthermore, the competition rewards a winner with a donation of €10,000 and two exhibitions: at the Galerie de L’Escale in Levallois in October-November 2020 and at the Passerelle, scène Nationale des Alpes du Sud, in Gap, at the end of 2020.
Moreover, the Prize is open to any form of photographic expression. There is no theme.
Eligibility
For the Levallois Prize for Photographers 2020, the candidates must be young photographers under 35 years of age.
Additionally, they can be of any nationality.
Application Requirements
A selection of 15 to 20 photographs, from one single series.
Also, a project note (under 2000 characters) in French or in English, presenting the project.
Additionally, a short summary of the project (under 600 characters)
Furthermore, the submission form fully completed and signed.
Also, a CV (one-page maximum) including the candidate’s background.
Likewise, a copy of the identity document confirming the age of the candidate.
Entry fees: The competition is free to enter.
Award
The winner of the competition will receive a grant of €10,000.
