The Realkathon 2019 is a 5–day hackathon competition that is focused on gathering the finest software developers/programmers to proffer valuable solutions in the real estate sector also using technology.

Moreover, The Realkathon will welcome innovative solutions around Land, Real Estate Investment, Residential and also, Commercial Housing, and Property Management. Also, the competition will hold from September 9-13, 2019 in Lagos, Nigeria. Further, It is jointly sponsored by Data First, etracacademy and Pertinence group.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be older than 18 years and must reside in Nigeria;
• Also, applicants must break into teams made up of two to four persons
• Further, each team requires a project manager and a software developer/programmer. A “Team Leader” must be appointed by the members of each team. Also, the appointed individual will represent and enter a submission on behalf of the team as a whole.

Further, An Eligible Individual may join only one Team. If a Team is entering the Hackathon, they must appoint and authorize one individual (the “Team Leader”) to represent act, also, enter a Submission, on their behalf. Likewise, The Team Leader and each Team member who participates in the Challenge must meet the eligibility requirements above. Further, by entering a Submission on the Site on behalf of a Team you represent and warrant that you are the Representative authorized to act on
behalf of your team.
