Rodenstock, a German manufacturer of ophthalmic lenses, wants to explore the innovation space in the field of new services. These could be offered at any stage of the customer journey, like purchase, usage, care, or repair.
Awards
The best ideas for this contest will be awarded the following prizes.
1st place: € 1,000
2nd place: € 700
3rd place: € 500
4th – 10th place: € 100
Furthermore, the community management team will select one MVP (most valuable participant) who will get the award of € 100.
Your task is to develop ideas for new value-added services for spectacle wearers.
The following essential criteria are required by Rodenstock for this challenge:
The service should focus on healthy vision, eye health, and/or spectacle lenses
The service should be anything that delivers additional value to customers
Also, the service could be a solution for addressing the needs of the consumers between purchase and pickup
The service could be a solution that decreases the time between pickup and re-purchase
Ideally, the service increases loyalty between the optician and Rodenstock, Rodenstock and the end consumer, and/or the end-consumer with the optician who distributes Rodenstock
