Applications call for YouFab Global Creative Awards 2020.

The YouFab Global Creative Awards is a compilation of the year’s activities. Moreover, curators at each location call out to creators they have met and networked within that year to compile a number of impressive submissions from around the world.

At the same time, YouFab is discovering and supporting creators who are likely to change the next generation by recognizing and celebrating their unique works. A large number of YouFab winners so far are connected globally through winning the YouFab Award and their field of activities has expanded.

Prizes 

• Submission dates: Saturday, August 1, 2020 – 12:00 pm JST Saturday, October 31
• Grand Prize: Kohei Nawa-designed trophy and US$2,000
• First Prize: Kohei Nawa-designed trophy and the US $1,000
• Student Prize: Certificate and US$500
• Special NewHere Prize: Certificate and US$1,000

Selection Criteria

The selection criteria are as follows:

• Degree of innovation
• Emotional engagement with an audience of the message conveyed
• Level of creative interpretation of the theme
• The overall quality of experience design
• The open-mindedness communicated in the spirit of “Fab”

Criteria 

Anyone can apply regardless of nationality or age. Entry is open to the public whether it be individuals, groups, and or companies.

Additional Details 

YouFab is category-free. All works are acceptable for submission, whether they fall under the category of art, performance, architecture, or a multidisciplinary area. Products and services are also acceptable. If the work is in its draft or prototypal stage, YouFab will base the evaluation on the way it has attempts and it’s future potential. Works that have already been published or released are encouraged. However, applications from individuals, groups, and/or businesses are eligible.
