The Young Leaders Training Program is a program that aims to strengthen the political participation of young men and women involved in civil society, unions and political parties in Cameroon and to promote the values of social democracy, notably freedom, justice and solidarity. Since 2012, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung has been training young people and committed people in Yaoundé. First as a regional program and since 2018 with a focus on Cameroonian participants. They are looking for 25 young women and men who will participate in 2-day trainings (Thursday to Friday) at the end of each month from March to October with 8 sessions. During this period, they will address various themes relating to the values of political leadership, cominfo(at)fes-kamerun.orgmunication and operational management tools, in person or via Zoom.

Your cover letter should refer to your commitment to Cameroonian society, explain what you expect from the program and develop the contribution of young people to the transformation of Cameroon.
