StartupXs has launched ChangeMakers Seed Grant Opportunity 2020  for startups and social enterprises who want to change their community with their innovative business ideas. The aim of the ChangeMakers Seed Grant Opportunity 2020 is about identifying and promoting the best early-stage business idea of innovators, startups and social enterprises.

StartupXs supports young entrepreneurs through the early stages of their company development. We believe that in this era where startup and social enterprise are using innovative approaches and tools to solve the current issues, not only in their community but globally, need resource support to sustain and one of them is finance. For this, every year Change Makers Seed Grant Opportunity will choose and award 1 (one) changemaker with a USD 1000 seed fund.

Winners of StartupXS ChangeMakers Seed Grant

There will be One (1) grant winner of the 2020 StartupXS ChangeMakers Seed Grant. The winner will receive the US $1000 payable through PayPal, Western Union, Bank Transfer or other legal, eligible methods.

Eligibility for the ChangeMakers Seed Grant

StartupXS considers a candidate eligible for participation in the ChangeMakers Seed Grant if they meet the following requirements:

• It’s an open call. Participation is open to any individual or organization in any country unless prohibited by local or the United States law.
• Participants must be between 18 and 35 years
• Likewise, an organization led by youth like social enterprises, for-profit companies, non-profit organizations, and researchers in any country can apply
• StartupXS gives priority to early-stage and growth-stage startup or a social enterprise working in an innovative product or idea
• Nor can you apply grants for shipping costs, travel costs, individual school fees, Fundraising

How to apply for the ChangeMakers Seed Grant

Eligible candidates must submit the proposal for the StartupXS ChangeMakers Seed Grant. Moreover, the proposal should meet the following requirements:

• Participants must submit their idea in the form of a business proposal with budget details
• Moreover, the applicants may submit the proposal submitted to other donors, grants or funding resources.
• The proposal submitted must be created within the past five (5) years
• A proposal can be of any length, however, a 5-page maximum is preferable.
• Participants must submit all the submissions in one MS Word or PDF format
• Likewise, the submissions must be in the English language.
• However, there is no restriction to submit the number of proposals. Participants may submit any number of proposals.
• You must certify that the proposal submitted is original (any attempt of plagiarism will lead to disqualification)
• Also, all submissions must be through the online form. Submission by email will not be accepted.
• The application must be submitted before the deadline

Deadline

The deadline for the submission for the StartupXS ChangeMakers Seed Grant is 31 December 2019 (23:59 GMT). All submissions reaching after the deadline are invalid.
