The University of Bologna calls applications for Graz International Summer School 2020. The summer school will take place from the 5th July to 18th July 2020, at Seggau Castle, Leibnitz, Austria.
This summer school is an opportunity for students to deal with the relevance and effect of Europe and the EU (emphasis on Southeastern Europe) and the Americas on global affairs. The students will attend the morning and evening lectures, panel discussions, and will also have the option to participate in one of the following seminars
In addition to that, candidates will also have an opportunity to attend the additional Workshops in Academic Writing; Creative Writing; Public Speaking; and so on.
Moreover, the Graz International Summer School Seggau is designed for internationally oriented, highly motivated students from all disciplines, who wish to deepen their understanding of current European and international affairs by studying and discussing global developments and challenges within the context of transformation processes and demographic change reflecting aspects of individual, social, political, religious, cultural, literary, regional, economic, cohort and national identities.

The total student participation fee is € 1.500,00 covering course costs, tuition, room & board (double or triple rooms, 3 meals per day) for the entire two weeks, and the excursion to Graz. Please check the list below as various scholarship schemes are available that you might qualify for. The organizer encourages all the students to apply even if they do not have the financial means to participate. The number of funding and scholarships will be available to the students who cannot afford to pay the participation fee.
