The Africa Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF) Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) has been instrumental in shaping the annual Africa IGF meetings since 2011.
Nominations should adhere to the principles and practices outlined in the Africa IGF Charter (adopted in November 2024). The 10 successful nominees (two from each sub-region) will serve a two-year term, actively participating in the multistakeholder consultation process and representing the perspectives of their respective groups on Internet governance. The Africa IGF MAG will strive for balanced representation across geographical regions, stakeholder groups, and gender diversity.
