The Possibilists, recognized as a significant global alliance of leading support networks, aims to amplify the voices and work of youth-driven change. By recruiting passionate changemakers, the alliance seeks to identify and encourage local networks that play crucial roles in fostering youth innovation. These networks, once engaged, will be integral in disseminating the renowned Possibilists survey—an influential study that sheds light on the impact, challenges, and needs of young changemakers around the world.

This survey provides comprehensive data that helps shape effective strategies for nurturing youth-led initiatives and fostering a global ecosystem supportive of sustainable innovation and activism. As part of the recruitment process, emphasis will be placed on establishing strong connections and promoting the value of participation in the survey, ensuring that a diverse range of voices contributes to the report. The recruiters will be essential in mobilizing communities, showcasing the importance of collaboration, and enhancing the visibility of support networks that empower emerging leaders. Initiated by ChangemakerXchange, The Possibilists is a global alliance of the world’s largest youth social innovation communities and a growing network of nearly 50 local youth organisations. Collectively they reach hundreds of thousands of young changemakers, activists and social entrepreneurs. Through a bi-annual study they deliver scientific insights into their lives, work and needs. Building on the data they then co-create systemic solutions to ultimately improve the conditions for young people driving positive change everywhere

Compensation of Possibilists Alliance

• Selected applicants will receive a compensation of €1,250/person.

• Open to young changemakers, activists and social entrepreneurs.
• Applicant may be from anywhere around the world.
• Must be available to commit to the entire period of engagement.
