The International Federation of Red Cross calls application for Internship Knowledge and insight, Peer Review market analysis 2020 in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• With initial guidance from the HUB data technical lead, use the Peer Review database and Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint to produce a country analysis for approximately 60 National Societies.
• Use other available resources to complement the data analysis with the context or additional detail as required.
• Keep the HUB data team informed of progress.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting and problem solving as needed.
• Provide support in any other relevant task.

Requirements 

• Enrollment in, or completion of a University degree in Marketing, Economics, Development studies or other relevant fields preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in research and data visualization projects.
• Proactive attitude to problem-solving: “Can do attitude”.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Track record in producing high-quality work with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
• Interest in fundraising and capacity building.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization Software.
• Fluency in Microsoft office tools.
• Good command of another IFRC official language (French, Spanish or Arabic) preferred.
